if you have an optical target like LS10, HS10, LS25/50 or HS25/50 the sunlight itself can be the problem. You can read in each manual that sunlight disturb the target.

If you send picture of your range, especially the targets form near and far (when the sun shines on it, before and after), to SIUS Support by email, the can check and help. A range tour on a video will also helps Support to get an overview.

– If you have LON targets, you can also download and run the SIUSLonUtility (RangeChecker) during the time of non working (sun) and send the saved data to SIUS Support by email.
– If you have STYX targets, send a screencopy of the HealthCheck and the „Sensor Data Analysis“ from RangeCockipt during the time of non working (sun) to SIUS Support by email.

Hallo Martin

eine Beschränkung der Anzahl Benutzerbarcodes ist wenn, nur bei einer sehr grossen Anzahl.

Entscheidend ist, von welchen Versionen der Barcode Bibliothek die Rede ist.

Es gab einmal eine Änderung in der Ablage der Dateien von C:\SIUS\BarcodeLibrary nach C:\ProgramData\SIUS AG\BarcodeLibrary. Zudem wurde das Format der Datei „CustomerBarcodes.txt“ angepasst. Diese Änderungen wurden eingeführt, dass die Systemdateien für die Geräte und die PC Softwaren per Installation zentral abgelegt werden konnten und nicht manuell kopiert werden mussten.

Wenn die Probleme weiterhin bestehen, melde Dich doch mit Angabe der Software Versionen, der „CustomerBarcodes.txt“ und einer Bildschirmkopie des Fehlers per eMail beim Support.

If you need more help, please send an email to support@sius.com with more detail like range name, SIUS system type, serial numbers (pictures), screen copies, pictures of the range (overview and details).

Anmerkung: Die Unterstützung des Ligasystems ist aktuell nur für das Full-STYX System vorgesehen und ist nicht mehr für LON Anlagen geplant.

vielen Dank der Nachfrage.

Aus unserer Erfahrung sind die Zimmerstutzen und deren Munition (Ladung) sehr unterschiedlich. Daher kann ich zur HS10 keine generelle Aussage machen. Es ist daraus möglich, dass es Kombinationen gibt, die ein „schwaches“ Signal liefern die solche Fehlanzeigen auslösen.

Wenn Zimmerstutzen Bedingung ist, ist die LS10G3 zu verwenden. Diese ist explizit auf Zimmerstutzen getestet und dafür freigegeben, WENN das AddOn für das Lichtsignal Plexiglas montiert ist.

Hallo MS Schwanden

die Total A10 einzeln und A100 einzeln und beides zusammen alt Total ist bedauerlicherweise nicht möglich.

Es ist möglich, in der Barcode Bibliothek einen Benutzerstich zu erstellen, der als
P2/4E/3S/3S/4E/4S
mit Scheibenwechsel A10 auf A100 programmiert ist und so ein Gesamttotal über alle Schüsse ausweist. Jedoch werden dann alle Sequenzen 4E/3S/3S/4E/4S nur als Subtotal ausgewiesen und müssen für die A10 und A100 separat manuell zusammengezählt werden.

SiusAPI will give you the full access to the SIUS LON System and is still supported.
