Delivery and collection of repairs in the SIUS
With pleasure repairs can be delivered and collected directly at SIUS.
Before delivery:
Please contact us before submitting a repair. We will be happy to discuss the procedure and the expected duration of the repair.
Before the pickup:
In any case we will contact you after the repair. You will receive a project number to pick up your device. Without a project number unnecessary waiting times can occur. Furthermore, it can also happen that it is not possible to take the device with you without a project number and you have to come to SIUS again to pick it up.
Handing over of repairs to SIUS technicians, for example at competitions, is not possible.

Customs Declaration for return deliveries
Please indicate the following sentence on your the proforma invoice/ customs declaration:
The exporter of the products covered by this document declares that, except where otherwise clearly indicated, these products are of Swiss preferential origin.
Please declare “Warranty return delivery” on return deliveries
Use for each repair a separate Return Material Authorization RMA form. Please help us with a very detailed Defect/Problem description to find the issue fast and sure.

IMPORTANT: Repaired devices are usually updated to the latest software version by us.
After completing the RMA, check your system for the latest software and update if necessary.
