You can get help by email, phone ore PC remote access. In order to help you quickly and purposefully we needed so much information about your range and the problem as possible.

After sending an e-mail with a detailed issue report to Support and a remote session will become necessary, the supporter will instruct you to download the pcvisit Client-Module or TeamViewer QuickSupport.
We prefer remote sessions in the morning. This gives us enough time for the session.

Software updates are available free of charge from our Download Homepage and can be installed freely.

Costs are only payable if you have the update carried out by a SIUS technician via remote maintenance or on site.

Webinars (online courses) are held at regular intervals. After filling out the form Course Information you will be informed about upcoming courses.

Our PC programes work under the operating systems Windows 10 and newer. S-mode is not supported in any version. Other Microsoft operating systems and MacOS are not supported by SIUS.

The minimum PC / Laptop requirements are:

Processor: 1 GHz or faster with two or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor
Working Memory: 4 GB or more
Drive Memory: 128 GB or more of available storage space
Display: 1920x1080 Full HD resolution
