die Anlage SA951 mit Bediengerät CU951 und Scheibe HS10 (oder HS25/50) ist eine reine LON Anlage. Das SIUSCockpit ist für die Konfiguration, Wartung und Bedienung von STYX Anlagen und ist daher in einer LON Anlage nicht verfügbar.

Der SIUSLoader ist ausschliesslich zur Aktualisierung der Anlage gedacht und für Betrieb der Anlage nicht nötig.

Sollte eine Aktualisierung nötig sein, zuerst SIUSData beenden. Es dürfen nie zwei Programme gemeinsam auf das USB LON Interface SNI210 zugreifen.
Erst wenn alle Programme geschlossen sind, kann der SiusCommService gestartet werden. Wenn der SiusCommService gestartet ist, kann anschliessend der SIUSLoader gestartet werden.

Sollten sich bei der Anwendung Fragen ergeben, wären wir über eine Kontaktaufnahme via eMail an den Support dankbar. Bitte die Frage so detailliert wie möglich stellen. Zudem sind wir über eine möglichst umfangreiche Bebilderung mittels Fotos dankbar. Dies gibt uns einen guten Überblick über die Anlage und hilft uns so, eine schnelle und zielgerichtete Antwort zu geben.
Zudem haben wir mit dem eMail ein zentrales Gefäss, bei dem die ganze Kommunikation zusammenläuft und die Weitergabe / Unterstützung abteilungsübergreifend sehr einfach möglich ist. Die Gefahr der Doppelspurigkeit, welche viel Zeit frisst und meist dem Kunden nicht zielgerichtet hilft, kann so ausgeschlossen werden.

the „Simulation interface“ was used for internal testing in the beginning of 10 Lane Command Desk TLCD.

I’m Sorry to say that the „Simulation interface“ is not longer to supported.

Dear Hasan Mulyadi

to operate running target in mixed mode, you need the cable KP019 between the RTC20 and the monitor electronic ME921. The KP019 is a date cable equipped with two 8 pin male DIN connector on both side additional to the power cable.

On the RTC20 at the switch, „Mixed“ is to select.

At the control unit CU921 is the program Mixed (e.g. 40mx) to select.

If this not help, please contact SIUS Support by email. Send pictures of the range and as may information you have.

in SIUSData kann mittels „Schussstatistik anzeigen“ die Schusszahlen, welche in den Bediengeräten gespeichert sind, angezeigt und gespeichert werden.
Info: „Schussstatistik anzeigen“ ist bedauerlicherweise nur als Shortcut (Bild Papierblatt mit Kugel) in der Symbolleiste verfügbar und nicht im Menü.

Die Schusszahlen in den Bediengeräten sind nicht identisch der mechanischen Schusszähler im Verteilerkaten. Zudem können die Schusszahlen in den Bediengeräten zurück gesetzt werden, was bei den mechanischen Schusszählern nicht möglich ist.
Anmerkung: Ein Update der Bediengeräte Software setzt den Schusszahlen in den Bediengeräten zurück.

Bekannter Fehler:
„Runtime Error“ nach Booten mit erhöhten Benutzerrechten beim Öffnen des Softkey-Menüs.

Behoben in SIUSLoaderInstaller 1.9.0

die Auflösung von 640×480 des CU931/CU941 ist hart von der Hardware vorgegeben und kann nicht verändert werden.

Anmerkung: Das CU951 bietet die Auflösung 800×600, jedoch auch hart vorgegeben.

Please check your targets with the pictures of the knowledge base entry „Target maintenance, bad examples„.
If you don’t see any possibilities when you see the pictures there, why your targes have wrong scoring, please send us pictures of printouts, range and your targets by email to Support.

a user barcode does not have additional function and settings within the same code. You have to set additional function or settings as an additional command.

There are different possibilities to do that without go into ADMIN group:
– control it from SIUSData
– with barcode reader and printed barcodes at the lanes
– create Shortcut, which will become available after download to SIUSData through Remote Control Menu
