Bei Service Vertrag 300m werden die letzten Updates von unseren Monteuren im Zusammenhang mit dem Service vor Ort aufgespielt.

Das Update für die BD95 wurde erst auf Anfangs April freigegeben. Daher kann erst bei einem Service vor Ort ab ca. Mitte April sicher davon ausgegangen werden, dass die aktuelle Version aufgespielt ist.

Der Update (Aktualisierung) Vorgang wird in einem Klick Video auf unserer Support Seite unter Videos gezeigt. Zudem gibt es auf unserer SIUS Homepage unter Produkte\Sportschiessen Schweiz nach Suche nach SA9005 und Klick auf den Suchtreffer eine Anleitung zum STYX Range Update in schriftlicher From zum Download.

Bei den 300m Anlagen in der Schweiz ist es standard, dass die Bediengeräte BD95 mit Kanopus Network Server betrieben werden.

A uninstall and reinstall of SIUSLane have solve the problem.

Dear Matt
please check, if the yellow LON interface SNI210-Lane is proper installed in the device manager as „SIUS Network Interface 210 A“. If not, download the SNI210 driver from our download page and install it.
If you not already have consult the manual. May this can help with tips and pictures.

If this not help, please do some pictures of the hardware/devices, cabling and laptop screen and send it as email to support@sius.com. If you have, please send also the project- and/or customer number. It will help us to identify your equipment.

aktuell ist von offizieller Seite her noch kein Bedürfnis an uns herangetragen worden.

Uns ist keine Änderung in der Darstellung der Anzeige bewusst, welches das Bundesprogramm mit der aktuellen Version anders aussehen lässt als mit der 10 Lane Command Desk Version 8.1.
Sobald es uns die Zeit zulässt, werden wir die Version 8.1. und die Aktuelle vergleichen und uns von der unterschiedlichen Anzeige ein Bild machen.

Sollten bereits von einer Schiessanlage Videos von der „richtige“ und „falschen“ Anzeige existieren, bitten wir um Zusendung dieser Videos mit Hinweis auf diesen Forumsbeitrag auf support@sius.com.

SIUSLane is a single lane target option which does not support connect to a data collecting software like SIUSData or SIUSRank.

Hello

thank you for your suggestion. I have made an internal ticket for this. The development dept. will check your suggestion and maybe in the next release it will be already implemented. Please check from time to time our download page.

If you send us an email to support@sius.com with a note to this Forum entry, we will link your support email with the ticket. If the development dept. has decide what will be implement it, you will get automatically an answer to your email.

Hello

SIUSData is to collect shot data from the range. SIUSData has no option for doing competition.

For competition please use SIUSRank. In the actual version of SIUSRank there ist the possibility to doing mixed / team events.

Please note also the knowledge base entry „Actual version of SIUSRank“

Note: This topic „Suggestions“ should be use for things which you wish to have and not already there.
If you are searching for something which belongs to competitions, use „Conducting of Competition“ instead.

start SIUSData and click on „?“, then on „Help“. Now the Help of SIUSData will be opened in the browser. Scroll down to the end of the Help. There you will get the format of the Shot Data and the Start List in detail.

Because we need much more information in this case to help you, don’t use the Forum for this request. Please send your request to support@sius.com with more details e.g. the SIUS Project number, which video, your range plan/cabling, the software version on your devices and also pictures of the range.

SIUSData is an already older program. Please use for printout 10 Lane Command Desk (TLCD) instead.

The Support will forward your request to the development dept. The developers will review your request and will implement it is a general requirement.

there is no published list of lane (RCI) commands. A lot of the commands are for internal use only.

Please use instead of the lane commands the possibility of sending Barcodes. All the Barcodes are listed and well documented in the Barcode Library. The Barcode Library also offers a full text search, which makes it easy to find functions.
Additional there is the possibility to create your own shoot in the Barcode Library and you are not limited to the Control Unit preprogrammed shoots anymore.
