Software Crash

Software Crash

In case of a Software Crash error reports will be generated. To locate the issue and improve our device firmware and computer software, this report is needed.

Computer Error
Please send screen copy of the error message to Support. If the text in the error window is selectable, please copy the text to an editor and send the whole error message to Support.

Firmware Error
Please send a picture of the HexLOG to Support. The location of the HexLOG in the menu and the barcode you find in the corresponding Appendix of your firmware type and version.
