Shooting irregularities

If irregularities are found during the shooting, such as missed, 0, zero, foreign shot, doubted score, defects, faults in the equipment or similar, proceed as follows:

Send all data as requested below by eMail to the support support@sius.com.

Without the requested information, we will hold back and cannot make a reliable statement about the nature of the error.

General

• Photograph all displays and printouts.
• Photos of the equipment in the overview and in detail (in particular the targets).

SR24, SA9006 STYX System

• Screen shot of the Health Check
• Screen shot of the System Checks
• Error number (ERROR code) or photo of the QR code

SA931, SA941, SA951, SA9003, SA9004, SA9005 LON System

• Printout of the target test.
  
• Printout of the (Hex)LOG with the shot data around the challenged shot.
