Remote Support

If necessary, we can remotely access a PC or a STYX system which is connected to the Internet.

To give us a better overview in advance, please describe the case in an email and send us pictures, videos and further information.

We prefer remote sessions in the morning. This gives us enough time for the session.

To access your PC, we use pcvisit or TeamViewer. Your supporter will instruct you which software is to download.
The download of the software is started by clicking on the corresponding pcvisit or TeamViewer image.
