Remote Support

If necessary, we can remotely access a PC or a STYX system which is connected to the Internet.

To give us a better overview in advance, please describe the case in an email and send us pictures, videos and further information.

We prefer remote sessions in the morning. This gives us enough time for the session.

To access your PC, we use TeamViewer.
The download of the software is started by clicking on the TeamViewer image.
