Printout Double Column / Screen Copy wrong

If the columns are printed at the wrong position in a double-column printout, this may be due to the printer setting / printer type. In addition, the screen printout may be scaled incorrectly or only special characters may be printed.

Depending on the existing printer, type D931, D931-SP or iDP3240 must be selected.

The printer setting can be found by keyboard under \System\Hardware\Graphic Printer Model\.
