ERROR Code 149
Error registering at StyxNetworkMediator (can be ignored if the range is not connected to the internet)
Important
We recommend to connect the range to the internet. This will enable the possibility to use Shooting Sports Cloud, do easy updating the range and help us to connect in case of an issue.
Initial installation
Check ethernet cabling from the internet router to the STYX Network Master (SNM). Check with a computer which is connectet to the cable that goes to the STYX Network Master “Public” socket. When connect the computer instead of the STYX Network Master, open a browser and check if you get contact to the internet.
If no ethernet cable is connected to the “Public” socket of the STYX Network Master, no Internet is available and you can ignore this error.
Configured system
If the error code 149 appears with a configured system, check
- internet router and if you get with other device internet connection
- ethernet connection from router to STYX Network Master
- if a iPhone is used as a hotspot
- if no cable is connectet to the “Public” socket of SNM, you can ignore this error
