We recommend to connect the range to the internet. This will enable the possibility to use Shooting Sports Cloud, do easy updating the range and help us to connect in case of an issue.
Check ethernet cabling from the internet router to the STYX Network Master (SNM). Check with a computer which is connectet to the cable that goes to the STYX Network Master “Public” socket. When connect the computer instead of the STYX Network Master, open a browser and check if you get contact to the internet.
If no ethernet cable is connected to the “Public” socket of the STYX Network Master, no Internet is available and you can ignore this error.
