25m Rapid Fire Final

Hi anyone and everyone, we are conducting our first new 25m Rapid Fire Final and we are missing one little step – we cannot get the red border around x 2 names ie A & C.
Has anyone got any pointers on this for us please as our Final is on Friday downunder in Australia

please contact for cases like this directly our Support dept. support@sius.com by eamil with as many information you can eg. Software you use in which version, screenshots which shows the issue, which type of equipment Control Units and Target and Software version of it etc.
