I apologise for the inconvenience.
Please name you backup file to “CustomerBarcodes.txt” and copy it to
C:\ProgramData\SIUS AG\BarcodeLibrary\Config
– rename the the already existing one in this directory before copy
or
– click “yes” to overwrite the “CustomerBarcodes.txt” file
When you start Barcode Library, your customer barcodes are back again.
For all, which do not have done a backup:
1. Go to C:\ProgramData\SIUS AG\BarcodeLibrary\Config
2. Rename the actual “CustomerBarcodes.txt” to “CustomerBarcodes_after_installation.txt”
2. Make a copy of the newest backup named like “CustomerBarcodes20210527_0639.txt”
-> The part “20210527_0639” of the filename is the date and time. Select the newest.
3. Rename this copy to “CustomerBarcodes.txt”
When start Barcode Library, the customer barcodes are back again.
